1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of the online platform provided by MindTips S.r.l., with registered office at via Lorenzo Mascheroni 22, 20145 Milano, Tax Code 10964820962, PEC address mindtips@legalmail.it, share capital Euro 10,994.11 fully paid up, registered with the Milan Chamber of Commerce in the special section as an INNOVATIVE START-UP. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Description of the Platform Our online platform is designed to facilitate the creation of job postings and is accessible through the website www.mindtips.it. The platform is primarily intended for businesses seeking to recruit personnel by publishing job advertisements.
3. User Accounts To use our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it promptly if there are any changes.
4. Posting Job Advertisements Upon purchasing a job advertisement package, our customers (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") are entitled to publish the number of job advertisements included in the respective package. Clients must ensure that their job advertisements comply with all applicable laws and regulations and do not contain any unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
5. License Agreement MindTips S.r.l. grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely for the purpose of creating and posting job advertisements in accordance with these terms and conditions. This license does not grant the Client any rights to sublicense, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the platform. The Client agrees not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This license is effective until terminated by either party. Upon termination, the Client must cease all use of the platform and delete any copies of the platform in their possession or control. By using our platform, you agree to grant MindTips S.r.l. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content you post on the platform. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our platform.
6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to our platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by MindTips S.r.l. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Compliance with GDPR - Use of Candidate Data By using our platform to post job advertisements and collect candidate data, the Client agrees to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable data protection laws. The Client acknowledges that any personal data collected from candidates, including but not limited to resumes, names, surnames, genders, dates of birth, and contact information, will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for job positions. The Client further agrees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of candidate data and to refrain from using candidate data for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability MindTips S.r.l. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
